Hi there, i've got a domain at godaddy which i wanted to transfer to another registrar. I went through the normal process:

    1. initiated the transfer from the new registrar
    2. got the epp from godaddy
    3. forwarded epp to the new registrar
    4. however, after a few days, i got a notice from the new registrar saying that the transfer was cancelled because the domain contacts did not respond to verification e-mail
    5. I checked my emails to see if there was any message that i missed to respond to but there wasn't

Would others have a similar experience before?

    Thanks

Make sure that all Private Whois service has been disabled and also ensure that the contact emails for the domain name is active and you can access it. Also ensure the domain name is Unlocked.

I actually unlocked it. I'll try it again to see if it's going to be different this time. Thanks.
