Can't tell if my domain is banned? (www.vapornine.com)

Hi everyone. I'm trying to get my domain optimized and one of the guys working on it indicated that my domain might be banned by google. I had some other domains that loaded the same directory on my server (safercigs.com and vapor9.com) rather than redirecting to vapornine.com like they should have and I'm worried that this may have caused google to block me.

When I type vapornine in google, the first thing that pops up is my old domain www.safercigs.com :|

As far as you can tell, should it be ok now if I send it to them for resubmission, and do I need to tell them to remove the things under the old domains?

This is killin me, I've noticed you guys really know your stuff, so your advice would be greatly appreciated :)

    Thanks,
    Ben

You're not banned. Your site is indexed, but the main page is indexed as www.vapornine.com/index.php instead of the root URL. This should resolve itself over time, but it would be a good idea to sign up for Webmaster Tools and set a Preferred Domain in the Settings section.

www.vapornine.com isn't banned, but it looks like you're being filtered for duplicate content. It appears that www.safercigs.com has been indexed for the home page content. If you do a google search for "VaporNine is a smoking alternative known" (without the quotes) you'll see what I mean.

Now that you have a 301 redirect in place google should figure it out and drop www.safercigs.com and replace it with www.vapornine.com. Google just needs to recrawl the pages to fix it. The recrawl could take a week or two.
