can't submit feedback

    I have tried to submit feedback for a DP member but was refused.

    The following message was displayed:

    bobgar, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

    1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?

    Certain forums have specific requirements for posting, which you can find here.

    2. Some areas (for example premium articles) are only available to premium members.

    3. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

    If you are referring to iTrader, it's only available to established members.

    if your just a new user of that site maybe your still not allowed to give some feedbacks before you reach the allowed user level .
