Cant start new thread :(

    I have read and reread the rules for starting a new thread, but am lost.

    I have been a member here for 11 days, have 1 iTrader and 35 posts.

    I am not trying to start a thread in politics and religion.

    I have tried Freebies, Advertising, Buy and Sell, Sites, Content, etc.

    It's just not happening for me; please help me.

    You must have been a member for 14 days :rolleyes:, not have an overall red reputation and have 25 total posts to post in the Buy, Sell or Trade forum (which includes link exchanges) or the Politics & Religion forum.
