Can't start new thread...

    Hi all, as far as I can tell I fulfil all the necessary criteria to be eligible to post a new thread in the Trade > Content forum, however I keep getting a message saying I'm not permitted to.

    Am I missing something? I've been a member for quite some time now, have 10 positive feedbacks and have more than 25 posts in the Content forum.

    Any ideas why this is happening would be appreciated.
