can't sign up for instagram

Hey

I am trying to sign up with instagram for a new account. Whenever I choose a username it shows "Sorry, that username is taken." then I click on the round arrow for automatic username generator and I click sign up and i get an error "Sorry, something went wrong creating your account. Please try again soon." and if I click again I get the same as first message "
Sorry, that username is taken."

so what's wrong? why can't I sign up?

 

signup with your phone. I had several accounts blocked right away just because I used browser to create them.

first of all download the main app. Try to log in via your facebook account, that would be better because Instagram and Facebook are running from same authority. I hope this time it will work
If it's not, try to login with your email

 

You could also create your account from a PC simply. And obviously there are many common and existing user names today, so it tells you that the username already exists.

 

You can clear your cache and cookies, are you suing any proxies perhaps? Thanks.

 

If you are trying to logging with pc or Mac first clear cache ,browsing history then try agin. If you trying to login mobile remove the app and install it again.

Are you signing up via desk or mobile? Don't give up, clear cookies and cache, do it in another mobile or tablet, try tomorrow. Sometimes it happens. In mobile in Instagram app don't allow over accounts per device.

 

Instagram on desk is very complicated, go with your mobile.

 

Try a desktop version of Instagram and don't forget to clear your history. One more thing that can lead to it is if you used some promotional services for your Instagram page, then it may be blocked. If it's your first experience of using Instagram just try different methods.

 

I agree with robinymym. It is the simple way to set up the Instagram account.
