Can't Set Up Account

Ok, I'm new to this whole game so please speak to me in laymans terms. I was instructed to get a Co Op Ad account. I was given the link to Digital Point's webmaster tools page, however there is no co op ad selection listed in tools and there is nothing for setting up a new account. It's almost as if part of the text within the body of that page was deleted and there is a blank section within the bullets of tools listed. I'm assuming this is where the co op ad selection is normally. I was obviously able to join the forum, but that was all there was on that page. What could be going on? I've even tried to go directly to setup with a link given to me by someone with an account, however I get a blank page that tells me to return to the home page. I emailed support about 4 days ago with no response and I've called several times only to get a voicemail and then a full mailbox. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Well first of all, the DP CO-OP Ad network is a "Ghost Ship" - there is no support. Just us on this forum I'm afraid. So what you're saying is if you go here http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/ad-network/ you just get a blank page?

Thanks for replying. Yes, there is a spot where I assume the Co op Ad selection would be, but it is blank. When I log onto the page to set up an acount, there is only the option to join the forum. When I go under webmaster tools, there is no co op ad network listed at all. I'm really frustrated about this and have been trying for over a week to just set up an account. I'm at a loss and don't know what to do. For the record, I reset my browser and I also tried a different computer and get the same results.

    Thanks again.
