    I get this error while trying to send emails via Horde:

    usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/php54/lib/php/Horde/... is not a directory

    I can't receive emails either.

    I do have root access. Where do I run those commands? Can you be more specific and explain this to me step by step (I can run them either via WHM or Parallels Virtuozzo)?

    The issue has been resolved. It was caused by and I quote: "The issue was caused by outbound DNS requests timing out, due to a firewall rule having been triggered. This also caused a number of stacked cPanel maintenance attempts..."
