Rules Can't send PM's

    Hey Guys,

    Is this right? I just sent a PM to someone regarding a service they were looking for. Then I seen another post from someone and sent them a PM and it declined me from sending saying I had to wait something like 23000 seconds :| which is over 6 hours.

    Is there anyway to increase that limit? I understand we're supposed to be refraining from posting on threads when contacting someone about a service or product, but it makes it a bit difficult when you can only message someone once every 6 hours.

    As someone gets to be a more established member, the restrictions ease up.

    It kind of puts new members at a disadvantage. So many privileges one does not get to enjoy simply because you're new to DP. Wish something could be done about it soon.

    What makes them time sensitive? There is nothing preventing new users from sending PMs unless Akismet flags them as potential spam.
