Can't Send Payment From My Indian Paypal Account ??? Plz Help

    Hey guys,

    I just made a paypal account and verified my debit card also. Now when I am trying to send payments to an email address it refuses to send payments even via credit/debit card also.
    Now the question arises if my bank is rejecting to make payments then how the hell paypal was able to take $1.95 out of my bank balance for card verification purpose ?

    or if I can't use debit card for sending payment then again how they were able to take $1.95 from my bank balance ? strange

    Also please suggest me now what to do to send payments to that email address :(

    Add credit card. Debit cards won't work.

    Yeah... Paypal does not allow you to use balance amount or debit card.. you can only use credit card to make payment.. Additionally read somewhere that domestic payments are no longer allowed through paypal.

    i have funds in my PP account but its not verified .
    Can i use those funds if i get verified?

    Try to add cc to ur paypal acc. it should work :D

    get verified, just use credit/debit card.
    in my country, can use scan of your book bank, id card, and bank card.

    For Indian users paypal policies updated,now for sending the payment CC is a must ,added to your paypal.Else you can't send the payment to anybody. :)

    In India you cna't send payment via paypal if u don't add credit card.

    But I have my Credit Card attached to paypal and its verified in paypal still cant send payment to another paypal user. Till yesterday I was able to send payment through paypal but today cant send. It seems payment from one Indian paypal to another indian paypal not allowed even if you have credit card attached.

    1. Receiving personal payments to Indian are not allowed.
    2. Sending payments from Indian account is not allowed. If you want to send, you need to have a valid credit card attached with your Paypal. hence, when you send money to somenoe, your credit card will be charged, even if you have funds in your PayPal.

    Sending to indian PP account from another indian PP account via credit card is also stopped it seems.
