Hi Everyone. I have been in this situation for over a week now tried everything that I could found but it is not working My site is "kaamkikhabar.com". It is using WordPress and Crumble theme (http://themeforest.net/item/crumble-responsive-wordpress-magazine-blog/2708459). For hosting we use hostgator.in (sister company of hostgator.com). We wanted contact form and newsletter functionality in this site so we tried the "Contact Form 7" WordPress plugin... But it never worked. I searched the net for possible reasons and solution.. there were many different things written about it by different people. I tried a few things but none worked. The newsletter plugin didn't work and the mails from the WordPress are not getting through as well!!! I am lost and stuck at this single point for over a week now... Please help. Regards Raj
Have you been trying to use this plugin 'Fast Secure Contact Form'? with this plugin you can determine where the letter of the contact form will send, eg, webmaster or you can add another email, you can find this plugin at wordpress.org/extend/plugins/ and learn how to use the plugin is there Good luck!
You can try asking for help or assistance on your host or to your plugins provider. Hope it will be solved soon
