    my datacenter reply me :

    	Hello,

We have investigated your issue in detail. We tried to sent mails from the server to our Softlayer hotmail account. From the logs, it is clear that the mails are sent successfully from the server.

But this is not received at the hotmail mailbox. Hence this is an issue at their end. You may contact the hotmail support to resolve this.

Regarding the spamming, we could find a lot of mails from the user nobody. You can prevent the user nobody from sending the mail from WHM as follows.

Please select the option "Prevent the user "nobody" from sending out mail to remote addresses" from WHM >> Main >> Server Configuration >> Tweak Settings >> Mail option.

Please try this and let us know in case you need any further assistance in this regard.

    Regards

Like your datacenter support said, the problem lies on Hotmail's end, and you'll need to contact their email support team to get this looked into.

You will have to fulfill their SenderID as you do with SPF. Check this URL : https(colon)(slash)(slash)support.msn.com(slash)eform.aspx?productKey=senderid&ct=eformts

This is the form for SenderID, you will get qualified if you fill this forms and it may take 24-48 hours.

Replace (colon) with : and (slash) with /

Yeah you're going to need a SPF record for hotmail which is fun. Then for Yahoo you need domainkeys setup.

Seems like it'd endless battle and even with those records hotmail, yahoo ect. still shove mail into the spam box unless the user has the domain white listed.

Yeah hotmail is a real prick when it comes to sending mail.

Did your server ever send to hotmail. If so it could be a few of your users flagged your message as spam which doesnt help. What is the content of your email? Sometimes cutting out any potential spammy words can help. Although if your IP is flagged as a spammer your only approach is to go through them as the other users said.

Its can be a painful process keeping up with it

    Hotmail needs spf record setup.

Yahoo domainkeys verification isn't needed. But it'll mark your domain as authentic.
