Can't send any payments! help!!

When i try to send a payment,PayPal says i need to add a debit or credit card?I thought you don't need those to send a payment?I urgently need to pay for a domain renewal.

 

Did you get any Notifications saying that your Account is limited? :O

Limited accounts wont allow you to send/receive payments + they will ask you to submit some documents like CC, Invoice, Etc etc!

Maybe you dont have enough balance in paypal

 

Which Country are you sending the Payments to? There are some countries, which doesnt support receiving Funds in paypal but only Allow sending!! You may be sending money to a country so! But as it is of Domain Renewal, I dont think any country will be operating on a country so!

Try paying through the invoice created by domain company.

 

becauz u dont have sufficient paypal funds thats y backup funding needed
