Cant See Conversion Rate in Adwords

In my Adwords account, I don't have a column showing conversion rate or cost/conversion for my ad groups/ads.

They're not present in the show/hide columns dropdown either.

I have Google Commerce tracking in my website and it all works fine within Analytics, but I'd like to see these columns within Adwords.
    I know other people do.

Thanks very much for any help.

it's because you have to activate and set up adwords conversion tracking within your adwords account before. just afterwards you'll have these colums in your campaign summary pages.
You'll find a link above your campaign summary : "conversion tracking"

    Oh yes, thanks.

Weird thing is, you need to put seperate tracking code into your pages than Analytics uses, and it can't even track financial data, you can only set a fixed value for conversions. Makes no sense!

Think I'll just stick to Analytics stats.

    Thanks anyway!

You need to put the tracking code on the final thanks page of whatever it is you are measuring for conversion. Without this your analytics reports are more or less useless.

Yes I've got analytics set up properly. It detects conversions and the purchase totals.
The Adwords code just detects the conversion, not the purchase total, which isn't great. Why don't they just have it use the same code as Analytics?!

What's pretty cool I think with AdWords conversion tracking (vs Analytics) is that you can easily insert the conversion script within a third party website. It works fine even if the conversion is made on another website. Which is pretty a pain to setup in Analytics.

But it has its limits indeed...
