Cant see any file or pages after log into the server by FTP

    We have a new CMS (Magneto) based project, Its client has given me FTP login details When I login in to it, there is no file on the server totally empty. I dont know why it is so, I can login but cant find any files, totally empty

    is it on vps or on webhost?

    Perhaps they created a FTP account for you, and didn't change the path.

    When you login, what does your FTP address bar say?
