Can't search from search results page.

I have an adsense for search bar on my site in the template and I have the results come up within my page. It works great unless I try to search from the search results page. Then the page reloads, but where the results should be, there is nothing. No ads, nothing. Has anyone else encountered and overcome this problem?

 

Are you using just a Search Box from Adsense or Custom Search Engine?

 

It's just the search box from adsense.

 

I have never encountered this problem but I have a separate landing page.
Do you have ads running on the main page with the search box?
You could try and make a separate page for the results. It can just be a dup of the search page but with no ads (they come up in the results), no content, and a different title etc.. You can make a results page for each page that has a search box and name the page something like, search results for homepage, or whatever, that way you know which page people are doing most of there searches from.
You can link back to your main page from the results page but don't have any links to the results page within your site, and don't add the results page to your sitemap.

Anyway might be worth a try.
