can't redeem EUR 50.00 voucher

Hi, I have been with adwords for a white but haven't used the account for about two months. I am unable to redeem the above voucher (which expires in under 48 hours) as adwords says account is too old to redeem. Adwords will not allow me to create any new campaigns or ads with this still up and running account or to reactivate the account nor will it allow me to create a new one. I am stuck. I have gone round in circles with Adwords help - I have gone round in circles trying to find a contact email to ask for help.

I would really appreciate if someone from Adwords can tell me what I need to do to redeem this voucher.

This might have happen as your Voucher has been expired.

 

Hi, thank for your reply. No the voucher was only issued a few feews ago an doesnt expire until May 31st. The problem being the Adwords system wont allow me to use it - it is still valid. I really need to contact someone in Adwords but am going round in circles and still cant fint a contact email address. If I dont use it before tomorrow it is €50.00 down the drain.

If you don't have a new account they won't let you use it.

 

Hi edpatton - I do have an valid account which I havent used for two months. When I tried to redeem the voucher Adwords said that my account was too old. I have tried to reactivate it but to no avail, I have tried to open a new account - but to no avail. I am just going round in circles.

 

i guess your coupon is expired

 

Hi, no, coupon is valid until midnight tonight. If I could actually email a member of staff I could probably sort it out but there is no option to do that. It is now so close to expiry that I might as well scrap the coupon. It has taught me a lesson - don't use Adwords because if you have a problem with anything there is no way to get in touch with them. I will use another advertising source that actually has a contactable customer service.
