Cant receive payments with Verified PayPal !!!

    why i cant receive payments but with Verified PayPal account !
    i have verified my paypal with VCC (virtual credit card) but i cant receive payments !
    its say "Setup your account" what to do ???
    i dont want to add my Bank account? i just added my mastercard :S

    BlazZe, it's not worth it to use virtual credit cards or virtual bank accounts with Paypal. They are always looking for new providers and shutting them down. Then they shut down any/all of the Paypal accounts associated with them and hold any money in the accounts for 180 days.

    Due to restrictions set by certain countries, Paypal simply can't offer their services worldwide. It's rather unfortunate as there are many people around the world who would love to use Paypal but one thing you should never do is violate Paypal TOS. They are very strict and the consqeuences are awful.

    in order to avoid paypal scam ..they're very restricted about the TOS...you can read paypal TOS again..but if you stuck you can contact their CS..

    Have you confirmed the expuse code? There might have other issues that you are unable to explain here or didn't notice them.

    Anyway, for non supported country US PayPal is NOT a good choice. US PayPal has lots of security features and it gets limited very soon if you access from outside of USA. Be sure your account is not limited. Limited PayPal can not receive payments in most cases.

    use credit card or verify regular bank. Its totally safe i've been doing my cards on there for years and never had a problem.

    well, even if you verify with VBA, if for any reason the account gets limited it will ask SSN which you won't be able to provide. Beside that US paypal becomes limited very soon if it is accessed from non-US IP. And removing limitation from US PayPal account is very tough. If that account has no balance, then you better choose another country paypal where paypal is less strict. You can follow my signature in red color and can consult with me for free for better suggestion. However it's up to you.

    i have money in my paypal address
    after i added VBA at my PayPal account
    i got 20$ from a design !
    so if i have minimum 50$ at my paypal thei dont will Limit my account *i think*

    Verify your paypal account and also add a bank account to enjoy all the featres of paypal - a customer care from paypal told me.
