Use Moneybookers.com or sign up with 2checkout.com and accept Credit Card Payments. You can also sign up with Plimus.com or Kagi.com and they allow you to collect both credit card and Paypal payments.

you could find someone to accept payments for you and then send you the money through Western Union.

Not with the Moneybookers account. Like I say, try Plimus.com and Kagi.com , both accepts credit card and Paypal payments.

Those websites (kagi.com and Plimus.com) allows you to use them as a 3rd Party Payment Processor. You set up a product listing then provide the links to your customers who would fill up the order form and they can pay you through a credit card or through Paypal. Once their order is verified, you be notified. At the end of the billing term, they will send you your money via wire transfer to your bank account or some other means.

You sign up on their website and their websites will explain how it would work and what you need to do.
