can't post new threads

    hello digital point. for some reason i can't post new threads in all categories.

    such as: link exchange, free services, ect...

    can you please let me know why i can't and look into this issue.

    Are you selecting the check box at the top ?

    Also you cannot start threads in buy/sell/trade forum till you have 25 posts.. or some days limit.
