Can't post new thread

    im having same problem none of my posts are being shown on the site saying awaiting moderation but no moderators are verifying my posts whats going on?

    i have now 25 posts but i can't make new thread in "buy and sell sites" section,i get the following error;

    Please reread the FAQ. Eligibility is set my a CRON job. It is not set instantaneously.
