   I have posted in the market place in the past, I am of the proper level/likes. But now when I try;
   it says you must have your paypal linked.
   
   So I go to link it, and it says "you must have a business account, please upgrade". But I am not a business, so can I post on the marketplace another way, or not be required to have a business account?

   You can also have a PayPal Premier account. Beyond that, there is no other option. It's a restriction imposed by PayPal, not us. Personal accounts are not intended for selling things (as defined by PayPal), they are really just for buying things.
