Can't Post In Marketplace But Have Likes

    I have been away from DP for awhile. I noticed to post in marketplace, you need three likes. My profile shows I have 7 likes, but I cannot post.

    Any suggestions?

    It can take up to an hour for the promotion to happen (there is an hourly process that checks for promotions for users that have visited the site recently).
