Can't post in contests?

    Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone can figure out why I can't create a thread in the contests section.

    My account is 7 years old, I have 3 likes.. I've posted there before.
    Is it because I forgot my password and i had to reset it?

    Oh, just notices you have 0 trophy points, so you have been here less than an hour (and first time on new site). User permission upgrade checks are run hourly, and only for people who have been on the site in the last 48 hours. So probably just had to wait for that to run.
