Bug Can't post in "Contest"

Why I can't post a contest?

I got a premium member ship account but I still can't post a contest.
It gives me this message:


you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
Certain forums have specific requirements for posting, which you can find here.

Some areas (for example premium articles) are only available to premium members.
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

 

You must have been a member for 14 days, not have an overall red reputation and have 25 total posts to post in the Buy, Sell or Trade forum (which includes link exchanges) or the Politics & Religion forum.

So basically I don't need the premium account for that right?
I have 15 posts so far, no red reputation and I'm a member for few months now..
So how did I get these 15 posts? replies?
