Rules Cant post contests?

hey i did search before posting, i have been trying to post a new contest today, but cant see away of doing so?? I have looked around and see you need to be established?

Which i am? or i was?? has there been a new change in the last month? as that was the latest time i posted one i think?

Does the Post new thread button not show for you? it shows at the bottom of the page for me.

 

thanks for the fast reply, strangely it wasnt showing.. i am wondering if it was to do with my AV.. dunno? solved it now
