Hi, not sure if this question is posted in the correct category.
Anyway, recently I can't access xtube.com(an adult site) and when I ping xtube.com,
it replies from 127.0.0.1. Any experts know what is going on? Thank you.

If the ping replies "127.0.0.1", it means the website is added in the 'hosts' file with the address 127.0.0.1 (localhost). Are you trying from a Linux OR a Windows machine? Check the 'hosts' file for the domain entry and remove it.

    If it's Linux, check /etc/hosts
    If it's Windows, check C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

    Thanks for your reply.
I did check my hosts file. Everything is normal

There is only one entry in the hosts file:
    127.0.0.1 localhost

Is that a windows PC? There are some trojan known to change the svchost on fly ignoring the hosts file configuration. Could that be an issue for you?

Have you tried using Kaspersky? http://www.kaspersky.com

You can get a 30 days trial and check if there are any worm/trojan hijacking your svchost or not! That should be an ideal solution for you right now!
