Can't open new Twitter Account

    Hi Twitter users - I've got a tech problem with Twitter which I can't work out. I have multiple Twitter accounts which all 'fall under' the first account I opened on Twitter. In other words Twitter sees me as 1 user. In the past I've always been able to add new accounts by going to 'add new account' in any of my existing accounts. I've being trying all day to do just that but that option no longer seems to exist.
    Would really appreciate some help on this.
