Can't make google adsense for search works

I pasted the code on where I want the "Search" to appear in my sidebar (I am using Wordpress)...then I pasted the code where I want the search results to appear. I pasted it in my homepage at the top...When I try the search, I get this error " Google Error: Bad Request
Your client has issued a malformed or illegal request. "

Please help me on what I need to do to make the search for adsense work?

 

It's must be Google then. It must not work for anyone.
