Hi, im having some problems with Paypal... When i try to login, i get: "Contact Us - Failed Security Measures" with a contact form below. The thing is that i fill in that form and i cant send it because i cant login so its like vicious circle... i cant login, im told to contact them but i cant because i cant login.. Anyway, i managed to send them an email and their answer was an email that says: "Thank you for contacting PayPal. We believe we responded to your recent inquiry either through a call into our service center or through another e-mail from you." Of course this is not true so, is this a joke? Has this happened to somebody else here? What should i do? I had 400$ in that account.. Thanks to everyone that can help me, fuser
the only way you can unlock your account is by calling paypal by PHONE... they will not solve your problem if you contact them by email.... there is nothing anyone can do for you....
