Can't Login To My YSM Account!

I tried create a new account for my friend. But after 2-3 hours account is created, we were forced to logout and got this error message during relogin :

"An error occurred during login because you have not been granted access to any accounts."

So i called YSM Support. Given answer was : "We dont know what exactly happened to your account but we know our system blocked your account."



They told me to wait some time and try again. I did so but still no luck. Already passes more than 3 days.

So we just created another account with my infromation and billing. Guess what?? Same thing happened!!

I am an advert expert and i was suggesting people to use YSM for marketing since YSM got crazy and started to show this senseless error message on new accounts.
I don't know what they are trying to do but surely they don't want to earn money!

same thing happened to me. i have an ysm account and few days ago i created another one with ysm australia. next day when i tried to log in i get the same message: "An error occurred during login because you have not been granted access to any accounts". after searching a little on the net i found nothing but this link: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/ysm/sps/screenref/16525.html
they say "Use the Add Users from Other Accounts page to grant account access to an existing user..." so maybe this is what we must to do, but I can't find the link to add a user (3. Click the Add a User from Another Account link. The Select Users from Other Accounts page opens.).
anyone found it or know anything about that?

Are you opening usual accounts or with vccs?
Maybe vccs are the problem.

YSM is fucked up in many ways, but this is completely out of understanding.

 

They can't explain me exact reason , all they can do is to connect me to another clueless employee.

I know that some high postion empoyees from Yahoo(PETE) read this forum. This is for you :

Instead of opening thread about "New Stupid Improvements" , first make sure people can create and login to their accounts without any problems!!!

I had the same problem, but it went away on its own after a few days... I was able to log in again.

 

What is vccs ? maybe stupid question but I don't know it.

 

VCC is virtual credit card, vcc can use one time only, you can check at entropay.com

it's really yahoo not accept vcc? I have a few account using vcc and I had same problem
