When DP went down a few days back, I cleaned up my cache and browser history including saved passwords. I thought that was the reason I can't login to DP. And then the next day or so, DP went back live. But the thing was, I couldn't login using Google Chrome. Since everything had been reset on my side (the browser), I understand that I couldn't login automatically anymore. But when I was supplying my username and password, I was just being transported back to the front page. I couldn't login. I thought at first that I got banned for reasons unknown to me, but I reckon, I didn't receive any notice from DP. So what I did was use Safari instead and viola, I can finally login. What do you think is the problem? Does any google chrome user here experience the same glitch as I do?
Never had such a problem .. Don't forget to check "Remember me", when your logging in - that could be a reason in this case ( beause the same problem was on IE some time ago ).
When you login do select Remember me so you wouldn't need to login again on DP. I last login on DP 1-1.5 years ago.
didn't you install windows again? 1 year period for running a widows is tooooo much i am installing windows to my pc monthly just because of 10000 of viruses
My os is vista. Maybe you're right. Maybe it's a virus thing. But the funny thing is this matter happens only to Google Chrome. I want to use Google Chrome whenever I browse DP because I'm quite use to Chrome. And it's fast. I find Firefox heavy and the latest version seems to be buggy, well in my Vista, that is. It's always shutting down or whenever I click quit it sends error message.
