Hi, Several months ago, a staff member who previously worked at my company - Devono, validated us to the Co-op Network. He has left without giving us login details for the Co-op network control panel. I don't know what email address he used. My question is, how do I change or add myself as an admin user for the co-op network cpanel? I have emailed DigitalPoint's support email about this several times and still no reply. I think there's nothing you can do. If you want support then you should use Linkvault. I tried to add a site to the DP co-op ad network and it said it was already in use by another account. This was a domain I just registered a week beforehand! I didn't even bother contacting support.
