    Yes doing a job for 30 cents is viewed as a way to raise your itrader. Threads like this belong in the freebies section and anyone starting a thread outside of the freebies area will receive and infraction for starting the thread in the wrong forum and it will be moved anyway.

    Just enjoy your 30 cents.
