Can't leave a feedback.

    Hello.

    Bought a site. Everything is fine. Received feedback from seller. Can't leave feedback to him.
    Page says don't have rights.
    What is wrong?

    Nothing is wrong, you are too new of a member to leave feedback. If you read the FAQ/rules you would know that.

    The itrader system has been shut down. Its nothing to do with reading FAQ or rules.

    iTrader has not been shut down, although it will in time be shut down. It has everything to do with reading the FAQ and the rules. You might want to try re-reading whatever it is that made you think iTrader system was already shut down before you wrongly try to "help" anyone else with bad information.
