Can't highlight text in PDF file

    I just want to copy and paste text from a PDF file, but for some reason, I can't highlight text from this PDF file. Am I doing something wrong or this is just how this PDF file is set up ...???

    Thats how it is, you cant select it like that. It does not work.

    you can't copy if the thing has been secured.

    The copy is too secured or you are using an order version of adobe reader
