    does the sample ad underneath the selection box in the setup display a banner or a text link when you select text link only?

    If you've selected text link only; upload a blank txt file. That should fix you.

    yeah, the txt file you currently have upload already has some banner ad urls in it, since you've switched over they should flush themselves as new ones get added, but if you want to do it fast, just upload a new, blank ad_network_ads.txt
