I've been on froogle for about a week now. I've gotten a grand total of one refer from them in my logs in that time. After going over a lot of stuff to figure out where I might be going wrong I noticed something back on the 22nd. If I go and look at my store on froogle from the admin section and take a look at the listings, it has my store id listed instead of my store name. Also, on the left side under the "shop by store" listing where it has all the stores that showed up on that search, I'm not listed. I sent them an email about this on the 22nd, but as per their usual mode of action, compounded I'm sure by the holidays, I haven't heard back from them yet, and the problem remains. Something there is broken, at least where my store is concerned. If I do a relevant search my listing will show up well below even those listings that are less relevant. I think the name problem is a symptom of the same problem. The database record for my store may be messed up or something. In any case, I was hoping to get a boost in traffic at least from being listed in froogle. So far I haven't even gotten that. Anyone else out there have a similar problem? Nick
