Can't Get Relevant Ads

I own a site, and the name has "Frog" in it. The only text with the word "frog" is in the domain (last word). All the other pages have to do with a TOTALLY different topic (tech), but I have 1 adsense banner and it's always "Frogman Art : Bronze Frogs". Occasionally there's a "Grow Your Own Tadpoles" ad, lol.

The interface to my site is simple, so there's not a whole lot of content, so I tried making other pages "What is ______" that include keywords for my site, and I tried META tagging.

After all that, I can't get rid of the stupid Frogman ad, lol.

    Ideas?

What is the site about? It is giving you relevant ads according to the keyword.

If it's a "about frogs" sites than people might be intrested to buy tadpoles or get to know more about frogs therefore the ads are relevant for me.

The answer is in your post. "There is not a whole lot of content". That's the problem.
Making other pages using hyperlinks won't help as much as content will. Besides Google's policy requires content.

When you do add more content, it may take a while for the correct ads to take effect. Give it time.

Make rich content or write something on your page or give some description about your products offer. Adsense crawl your content first and give relevant ads for your site (I think).

    Good advise :)

Alternatively, you can try to improve your title and headers description.

Sometimes adsense ads are not so relevant, I noticed that too. Anyway, you couldn't expect Google to be too smart to understand exactly what you think.

Put the urls of the ads you dont want to show up into the competitive ads section of your adsens account and they will be gone. You can enter up to 200 different domains of sites you dont want to have ads from appearing on your site

Improve the keyword density (but don't make it above 10%) of what you are trying to target on your site also content and links which are relevant to your content.
