Can't get my money back

    Recenly I bought a seo tool via clickbank, but it's was a really useless soft.

    I've already sent 3 e-mails asking for a refund but a vendor just does not reply to me.

    What do I should to do?

    You've got to fill in a form back at Clickbank to get your full refund.

    just click on the link "order help" on clickbank homepage and ask for the refund...

    Yes, you can basically just process your own refund andd bypass the vendor alltogether - just find your receipt email from clickbank and on it there will be a link for "customer service for this order" or something like that. Click the link and there will be a range of different support queries you can submit a request for a refund - which will be processed within 24 hours.

    After contacting the vendor three times and not getting a reply you have no other choice but to contact Clickbank for a refund.

    it takes a few days. they'll tell you via email when its been processed and refunded.

    Go directly to CB and they will refund right away. Usually takes 24-48hours as long as it is within the 60 day trial period
