Can't get graphics to be the same in Firefox and IE

    I'm trying to fix this site for a friend, http://www.taxbymail.com. I've fixed all her other problems except for one. I can't get the home page graphics to appear the same in IE as in Firefox. IE is correct, firefox it not. Any help is much appreciated.

    Look at
    Add valign="top" to the <TD> so it looks like

    Try changing it to

    before the <p>

    That worked, but now the menu buttons on the right side are slightly off.
