Can't get Google API license to set up Keyword Tracker

    I'm trying to obtain an API license from Google but it's not working and I don't know if it's them or me. Yesterday I attempted to do it and Google sent a verification email which required me to "click" on a URL, but when I did that I just got an error page (the page cannot be displayed).

    Now I can't even get a "Create an Account" screen. Instead I get the same screen (the page cannot be displayed).

    I'm not sure what the problem is.

    Any ideas?

    No idea to be honest, you probably are going to need to contact Google on that. Have you tried it from a different machine/browser by chance?
