Can't Get Captcha to Work

Hello,

I have a captcha on this form http://www.gurucreation.com/contact/general/contact.php but i can't get it to work for some reason.

I paid someone to install it but it still doesn't work and I am tired of messing with this guy. If there is someone who would fix it for me please PM me ( 10.00 paypal ).
