Cant get adultwatch script to work please review this for me

    I am not illiterate in programming I know what I'm doing , however this just doesnt make sense. I did everything right yet it cant open the stream "Smarty.class.php"

    Please review this for me and tell me what im doing wrong!

    That sites is extra or missing. You might want to check.

    Maybe I am not all that php literate.. lol but I do know the basics

    'site' is usually a generic name for your USERNAME.

    You can either;

    - Replace 'sites' with your username in 'include/config.php'

    or,

    - Remove '/sites/' entirely.
