Can't get Ads to show on my site

    Hey, I'm having problems getting the ad to show on my site. I followed your directions, but something is still wrong.

    My site is http://shadowstormz.sh.funpic.org/phpbb/portal.php

    I'm getting..

    Warning: file_get_contents(http://ads.digitalpoint.com/network.php?d=shadowstormz.sh.funpic.org): failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in [shows the url] on line 37.

    Line 37 is
    $new_ad = file_get_contents ('http://ads.digitalpoint.com/network.php?d=' . $_SERVER['SERVER_NAME']);


    It might be some server hosting problems, so if anyone could help, I'd greatly appreciate it. :)
