Cant get a hold of Hagio Host

    Hi i have been sending support tickets to hagio host but cant seem to get hold of them! I seen that other people on dp are having the same problem!

    Has anyone had any luck geting in touch with them? my domain has expired but they just dont respond to my support tickets!

    Please let me know asap thanks!

    no i have hosting, i have my own colocated server, what i need is my domains back! how can i get them back do you know?

    thanks for the offer tho and please let me know if you can help with geting the domains back thanks!

    maybe u can wait till it expires and then register it at godaddy? i dont know really

    i am going to see if godaddy can do something about this, i belive they are reseller of godaddy

    I think that you also can call them. That is the fastest way of the problem solving. Whois page must have tel# .

    thanks for the info... I have emailed the domain register lets see what they say.

    I cant belive a company with so many custmers would just run off like that!

    It happens more often than you think and that is why a lot of people stick to providers with 5+ years in the business.

    To reduce the chances that issues like this will affect your site:

    1) Register your domain names with a reputable domain registrar. Do not use resellers.

    2) Keep backups, monthly, weekly, daily, etc. Store these locally and perhaps on a off site backup server. [red]Never[/red] store backups on your hosting account, doing so is almost entirely pointless.

    3) Be ready to move at the drop of a hat. Keep a list of reputable providers to switch to just in case.
