Can't figure this one out?

    I have had this domain for quite some time and I can not figure out why it does not show a Google PR
    The domain is www.mensswimwear.com It is quite a few quality links. Any ideas? Any one out there have a service to offer that would get it ranking?

    2 reasons....

    1 - You have "Coming Soon" on the home page with no appropriate title

    2 - Over SEO and <strong> on every instance of "mens swimwear"

    You could use a program to help your rankings like SEO Nuke or just go to fivver.com and get someone to blast it for you. I've done that before with a video and it ranked on the first page of google within a couple of days.

    I think this site have not so much PR so that's why this is not so much famous.
