Everyone, now that my digg account running again, I'm guessing it's not IP banned problem, perhaps something was wrong at digg side?? Anyway I was told if you think your IP banned by digg, send digg at along with your public IP and tell them you can't get in digg. Tell them also why you need to digg. Hope this works.
