Can't delete or disable keywords or run check

    Hello

I have not used my account for the keyword ranking in a very long time. I have logged back into it and I can't seem to do anything.

I tried to change the location of my script and it won't save. I can't run a check or delete or disable keywords.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks
    Stacy

Click to clear the Read-only check box, and then click OK. ... Make sure that you delete only the entry for the Recovery Console.....

Thanks and hope it can gonna help

That *should* be ok... what error does it give when you change the location?

    It just doesn't save it.

When I try to disable a keyword or delete one, the same thing happens. Looks like it will work but it doesn't.

    It's so strange.

If you want me to go have a look at your specific account, PM me your login name and I'll take a look.
