Can't create stable bullet alignment with in Internet Explore & Firefox

    On this page, under the question What is Title Insurance? Notice how the alignment of the bullets are not the same between Internet Explore and Firefiox. By the way, the page looks pretty good under IE.
    What is causing this? :confused:
